Here is the report from our longtime Nepalese missionary. We just helped him a week before the tragedy by sending the money for him to purchase a motorbike.
The English is not edited so you get the feel of his English as-a-second language we get enjoy.
"Dear David,
This morning around 8:30 am suddenly big flood came from Tibet side to Trisuli river and destroyed Rashua border check post, security police army post, community villages , markets, schools , health centers, 3 hydro powers , more then 12 bridges . It affected Rashu, Nuwakot and Dhading districts . It flow from Tibet Rashua border to trisuli river and all the way to mugling.
My brother said in my home village Deurali area is not damage physically at the moment but because of damage trisuli bridge and hydro power, Now on there are no road excess and electronic power . Its means there will be food supply, transportation , communication and medication shortage . So please pray for re establish bridges and electronic power . Right now we cannot supply any emergence relief goods items in there affected are.
government are trying to rescue as much as possible and provide relief .

VOX Liberia is a Christian media ministry based in Liberia with a mission to use radio and digital media to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Liberia and neighboring countries.
Since launching VOX Radio in 2017, the ministry has experienced significant growth. That first station was established with our Reaching People far from God's David Marshall Kealy guiding the placement of the on-air studio in a 40' shipping container. That happened when our best-case plans fell apart the week before my trip to Liberia with the station equipment provided by SonSet Solutions.
Today VOX Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day across Monrovia and surrounding counties. Last November I attended the launch of the second station Kioo Radio 98.1 FM in the building I originally designed for Afghanistan some 22 years earlier that was never built. It serves communities across Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. Thousands of listeners engage with the ministry through not only the radio but community outreach, and digital platforms.
The ministry is committed to: Evangelism, Christian Discipleship, Community transformation, Local language programming, leadership development and Training the next generation of Christian Broadcasters.

The CHALLENGE
As the third station development is underway, we realize many of the communities we plan to reach are located in remote and underdeveloped regions where Christian media is extremely limited.
VOX Liberia realizes across Liberia many communities continue to face social challenges, limited access to biblical teaching, and very little Christian media presence. Because we believe these communities deserve to hear the hope of the Gospel long before a permanent station is completed I designed a Mobile Station in a 20' container that will be used to initiate broadcasting for the next three stations while the permanent station is being built. The first of the next three will be in Gbarnga the capital of Bong County.
We purchased the land, have ordered the drilling of a fresh water well as a part of the community outreach and purchased the Mobile Station to be outfitted by staff at VOX Radio 98.5 FM in Monrovia.

VOX TransMedia station number three
Station number three indicates the third station in the five station network is progressing full steam ahead. Here is what it is looking like.
VOX TransMedia is a Liberian Christian media ministry using radio and related media to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple youth, strengthen churches, provide Biblical teaching, create community transformation, and expand Christian media into underserved regions.
What began through early VOS Radio support is now moving toward a broader five-location Christian radio network strategy. Two stations are already on the air; VOX Radio 97.5 FM in Monrovia and Kioo Radio 98.1 FM in Foya.

Man of God ~ do you know one?
Will you recognize one when you meet him?
On a domestic flight this month I met a MOG. He was working for most of the flight. We did have a chance to talk late in the flight and I realized he was a MOG. He asked about my life and ministry. Why? He must have noted something about my spiritual relationship with God. I asked him about his work. Realizing he has a heart for God and amazingly we live very close together in Southern California. What were the chances of that? It was a God ordained meeting of men seeking to follow God and please Him in all we do.
A plan followed for us to connect further and meet for lunch when our travel and work allowed. That lunch was yesterday at a restaurant near his work. It was enjoyable and confirmed we had a lot in common and agreed to met again. In closing I asked him about a pin on his lapel, It noted Colossians 3:2 and he quoted it to me confirming indeed he is a MOG. Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth.“

May each year ~ there are 31 days
A few years ago I shared this with a granddaughter who was a student at Moody Bible College. We shared comments about our reading throughout the month. It was fun to connect with her during the month about the verses of the day as we read. One day she excitedly told me in class that day she was able to share a chapter for the day because it related to the discussion.

We are pleased this year to host our family Dwight, Vanessa, Andrew and Lizzy for Easter Sunday at our church ~ followed by a meal at our niece's house. A country of our ministry focus
The coat of arms of Liberia consists of a shield containing a picture of a 19th century ship arriving in Liberia. The ship represents the ships that brought free people of color and formerly enslaved people from the United states to Liberia. A time for reflection
The first photo in today's BLOG is a five generation snapshot. The youngest is our first son Tim who is now well into his 50's. Pictured are his mother Sharon Kay Kealy and her mother, Grandmother Lorraine Smith and Great-Great Grandmother Freeze and Great Grandmother Dabbs is holding him. He was a few weeks old and started his lifelong travels as this photo was taken on the farm in Rocky Comfort, Missouri.
Now a much more recent photo of our family including both sons and some of their families.
It is some of our family because it would be difficult to get us all together again especially because there are six, yes six great grandchildren; and they are all under 4 years old. They are Phoebe, Aspen, Samantha, Shepherd, Sierra, and Phineas who was born this year.
With family living in California, Colorado, New Mexico and Illinois we are scattered a bit but so thankful for healthy family believing in Jesus the son of God.

Demography is the statistical study of human populations: their size, composition, and how they change through the interplay of fertility, mortality, and migration. Demographic analysis examines and measures the dimensions and dynamics of populations; it can cover whole societies or groups defined by criteria such as education, nationality, religion, and ethnicity.
The demographic of "religion" that we care about shows since the 1st century AD, Christianity in Turkey has a long history. In 1914 the reported Christian population of 20 to 25% has decreased today to 0.2%. The decrease resulted from the Ottoman, Armenian, Greek and Assyrian genocide.
Needless to say we are very careful about how and what we report about our supporting amazing Christian ministry in Turkey. Brave and fearless partners are sharing Gods love in meaningful ways and lives are being added to the Kingdom of God daily. We ask you to pray for those we support. Today are difficult days for them.
